The N.C. Cooperative Extension, Forsyth County Center staff and NC State Extension Master Gardener volunteers invite you to join in the Great Southeast Pollinator Census on August 22 & 23. This project is part of a multi-state program aimed at learning more about pollinator activity in communities across North Carolina and other Southern states.

Public HealthMen’s Health to hold Community Basketball Game
A Community Basketball Game with teams from Forsyth County Health and Human Services, Winston-Salem Police and Fire departments, Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office, Probation and Parole and a Community Team, will be held at the Hanes Hosiery Community Center, 501 Reynolds Blvd, on Saturday, August 2, from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. The community is invited to come out and cheer on their favorite team.
AirportSmith Reynolds Airport Terminal ribbon cutting on August 11
Smith Reynold Airport, 3801 N. Liberty St, will hold a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate its newly renovated terminal on August 11 at 10 a.m.
