Men! How Are Your Numbers?

"Men! How Are Your Numbers?" is a 10-week series of educational sessions focused on improving men’s health by helping participants understand and manage key health indicators. Each week covers an essential topic such as heart health, diabetes, obesity, blood pressure, physical activity, colorectal cancer, nutrition, mental health, sexual health, and smoking cessation. Through guided discussion and practical information, this course empowers men to take charge of their health and make informed decisions for long-term well-being.

24:7 Dad

24:7 Dad is a widely used, 12-week evidence-based fatherhood program developed by the National Fatherhood Initiative (NFI) to help men improve their parenting skills, behaviors, and knowledge. It is designed to foster positive involvement in children's lives and is used by organizations nationwide for diverse populations.
